Hi, my name is Arianna Marie Madrid. I attend Santa Rosa Academy in Menifee, California. In addition to academics, our school is technology driven with an emphasis in character development. My chosen track in High School is Business Foundations.
Volleyball has been a big part of my life ever since I started playing at the age of 13. I played other sports such as: basketball, soccer, and track. But nothing ever caught my attention like volleyball did. Instantly, I fell in love with it. Volleyball taught me discipline, dedication and determination. I played volleyball in 6th grade, 8th grade, 9th grade, 10th grade and currently, I am in 11th grade. During my freshmen year of playing volleyball I received the Ranger Award at my school for my positive attitude and always supporting my teammates no matter if we won or lost. Also, I was awarded MVP at Cal Lutheran Volleyball Tournament in September of 2018. I was presented by several coaches showing that I was very dedicated to volleyball and a hustler on the court.
As a result in sports, it showed me to take my education more seriously than I was in the past. I let distractions and things around me affect the way I was learning. For the past three years, I have managed to keep my grades above a 3.0 G.P.A.
I am a determined and influential leader who is an articulate communicator. Bilingual in American Sign Language. I am known by my peers to be determined, loyal and enthusiastic. I was in scholarship pageants for two years. I received the title of, Miss Preteen Murrieta and Miss Preteen Menifee. Being in scholarship pageants motivated me to go out into my community and show leadership and also to help those who are around me.
