Elizabeth Cheng '24 Recruiting Profile

I picked up volleyball when I moved back to the US from China for 8th grade. Before that, I played field hockey and was a figure skater and Chinese and ballet dancer for about 10 years. Despite playing volleyball for only over 4 years, I have developed my skills quickly, becoming an all-around player in court and have been starter in both my high school and club teams. I love volleyball and practice/play about 6 days per week all year round. I recently joined the JRT Volleyball Academy in Singapore for the summer of 2022, playing for one of the coaches at the National University of Singapore. I am dedicated to volleyball while maintaining a 4.39 GPA in high school and working as a intern for a bio-chemical company in Silicon Valley, and look forward to continue playing in college.
