Hi! I am Nevaeh Armstrong and I am a Senior in High School, attending Emery Secondary School. I have been playing volleyball since 9th grade and I love it! Being in practice, meeting new people and teammates, learning different skills, and playing in an actual volleyball game is so enjoyable. When it comes to volleyball, I always am in a good mood, focused, and serious because I want to win! I play hard, work hard, support my teammates, lift teammates up, help my teammates and mostly just have fun on the court. When I go to college, my goal is to be the best that I can be in whatever I do, not just in volleyball. I want to not only make my family proud but make myself proud as well. My goal is to work hard in everything I do and be committed. I want to make sure I stay focused. Me being a great candidate includes helping others, being respectful, caring, working hard, listening, being committed to the team, being on time, showing up to every practice, and just being myself. Being apart of a team is all about getting to know each other and building trust with each other. I want my teammates to trust me, work with me, and do things for me that they know I would do for them. What makes me different from other recruits is that no question can really define who I am. I show off how I am in person and I come with something different. The number one thing is confidence and I'm confident that whatever school accepts me into their volleyball team will see who I am for themselves. I'm ready for volleyball! I've been ready and I will continue to be ready! Volleyball here I come!
