MeganJo Martin '24 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is MeganJo Martin and I'm a freshman setter at MiraCosta Community College l in Oceanside, California. I’m our starting setter and our current captain, which is something that's really helped me develop so far this season. I'm looking to transfer out to a four year program for the 2025 season and would love to play at a competitive D2 or NAIA program where I could continue as a political science major, and also take a minor is business. I want to be at program that would challenge me to constantly improve as one of my highest qualities as a player is my work ethic, and I believe that when given the opportunity to learn and compete my skills heighten. My leadership is also another strong quality about myself as a person and an athlete, and this is thanks to my four years of experience as a captain for high school, club, and now college. I strongly believe that good leadership can help make a good team and that's why I always look for the best possible way to not only lead myself, but each individual on the team so, we can come together as a unit.
