My name is Arleyne Ramirez and I am an outside hitter 1&2 I enjoy many things but the one thing that truly brings happiness is volleyball. I was in 8th grade when I first touched a volleyball and I used to go out and play everydays of my 8th grade year, we also use to play in P.E and my teacher was the head coach of volleyball and she told me she would like me to try out and I knew that volleyball was going to be my sport I took it very seriously and suddenly I wasnt able to try out so the first day of freshman year ny teacher from last year came up to me and asked if I wanted to take a spot from another teammate and I took the only opportunity I had and from there it’s been an amazing journey with volleyball it taught me so many things I would’ve never learned how to be patient or learn how to use my voice lead as a team captain and mainly your team is your family. When I go off to college I want to become nurse anesthetist or I do something with business. and I always want to do better always give it 100% percent I don’t want to look back and think to myself I could’ve done better always want to push and work hard. When being on court I always want to be having fun but also being serious and just living in the moment when I think about being on a team I don’t want to just be a teammate I want to bring the best out of people and to be someone inspiration to continue to fight and work hard I want to bring more than just my talent I want to bring happiness to the court.
