"Hi, my name is Claryce Cross. I’ve been playing volleyball for about four years now and I have never experienced a love like this before. Since I was 8 years old I have played soccer, but when I got the chance to play volleyball four years ago. I knew that this was the sport meant for me. Recently, my father passed away, and I’m the type of person who doesn’t like to talk about my emotions but I need a way to let my aggression out and have an outlet, and for me me volleyball was and still is my outlet and love to keep playing for as long as I can. I am also very serious about finishing college and having good grades, having a sport to play will push me in so many ways, like maintaining my grades and being able to push myself in volleyball. I believe I deserve the shot to play at a college level because I am very hard working, work as a team, play with my heart and natural athlete. By the way, I became national club player without playing club and now national again with one year experience. I have long, strong arms and can be as tall as girls that are close to 6 ft.
