Volleyball became a big part of my life in seventh grade when I decided to make volleyball the priority over swim. In volleyball, I value the team aspect of the sport; a point is made not just by one person but by a whole team. On the court, I am a vocal player who tries to bring others up through positive communication. One quality about me that is different is I am very driven when I set a goal. I will be at every clinic and open gym pursuing the opportunity to improve in any way that I can. My main goal for college is to go to a school with elite academics and to play volleyball. Academics do take precedence over sports, as does my future. I have not decided on a major, but I am interested in finance and biology. I think I would be the right candidate for a team because I will bring handwork, energy, resilience, and skill to the court.
