Hi, I'm Brady Moseley, I am currently a junior from California, attending St. Margarets Episcopal School and playing at A4 Volleyball Club. I began playing volleyball in 6th grade with A4 Volleyball Club on the 12 1's team. I started with athletics on a club lacrosse team when I was in second grade and maintained both sports through middle school. Upon entering high school, I decided to dedicate myself and my time fully to playing volleyball. This was a tough decision as each member of my family played lacrosse through college but a decision that I am glad I made as I have realized volleyball is the sport for me. Since starting, I have moved through the 14 2's, 15 2's, 16 2's, and now up to the 17 1's continuing on with the A4 Volleyball Club. Entering high school, I was placed on the junior varsity team and received the honor of being captain as well as holding a starting position. Being junior varsity, we did not have a playoff tournament, I was called to the varsity team to support their playoff efforts. Playing sports has always been important to both me and my family and I appreciate how my family has encouraged me and helped me to find my passion with volleyball. Now this year is my second year as a starter on my high school varsity volleyball team. I have learned a lot from the sport including different skills, techniques, and coaching styles to how to be a good team player and friend to my teammates and a player that listens to and respects their coach. I know that I have a lot of work ahead of me and I am excited for all that I know I will learn and gain through playing a sport I love.
I am currently an 11th grader and have a gpa of 3.73. I am taking an honors and AP classes. When thinking about where I want to college I am not only thinking of where I can play volleyball, but also where the school is the right fit for me as well. Academically I am looking for a school that can challenge my abilities.
