Kyra Allen '21 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kyra Allen, and I am a junior at Ernest Righetti High School and was fortunate to make the reputable 18's 805 Elite Team. I have been playing volleyball ever since I can remember. Playing volleyball is my passion, and I cannot imagine my life without it. My main positions on the court are outside hitter and opposite.  I always try to encourage my teammates even if I am feeling down myself because teamwork and lifting your teammates up is a key part of volleyball.

At school, my teachers know me as a hard worker who always gives 110 percent. I maintain straight A's while taking AP courses and advance classes. I spend my time wisely in classes, and I want to pursue a carreer in the medical field, so keeping my grades up is a huge part of working toward my goals.

In my free time, I enjoy backpacking, hiking, surfing, sand volleyball, and spending time with my friends and family. I am also involved in several clubs at my school with other attentive students that help strengthen my character. 

I believe I would be a great asset to your 2021 volleyball program. Thank you for your consideration.
