Paige Williams '20 Recruiting Profile

I started playing volleyball at the age of fourteen. Since starting my first club team, I've known that playing college volleyball was a dream of mine that I hoped to fulfill.

I am a very coachable player, and a hard worker. I strive everyday at practice to be better than I was before. Since the 7th grade, I have been a natural team leader, by always encouraging and pushing my team around me. I have a strong swing from the middle, and love running 1s and back 1s. Kills are my highest stats in the book, with blocks coming in a close second. 

At school, I push myself to do the best I can. I am currently taking 3 AP classes, with one honors class. My current GPA is a 3.9, and I am working on making it even higher. On top of all the challenging classes, I am involved in Interact Club, where we volunteer around our community, NEHS (National English Honors Society), CSF (California Scholarship Federation), and Legion Club, where student athletes come together to rally and set up the school for special events.

I wish to attend a school where I am pushed to become better everyday, volleyball and grade-wise, and I am not set specifically on any state or school. College volleyball would be a great step into pushing me into the player I wish to be.
