Maya Campisi '21 Recruiting Profile

I started playing volleyball in 6th grade for my middle school team and absolutely fell in love with the sport. I started playing club the same year and have played every since. I have grown such a passion for volleyball and love every part of the game. I work hard to become better everyday in and out of practice. I believe that energy and effort are the most important qualities to have on the court.I am always loud on the court and keep up a positive attitude not only for myself but for my teammates. I have been an athlete my entire. I swam for 10 years and soccer for six, but when I discovered volleyball I knew it was special. I am very excited to possibly play in college and I am open to all colleges who are interested. I am very interested in colleges with a "college town" feel. However I am open to all opportunities that come my way. I look forward to what the future has for me on my path to college volleyball.
