As a libero I bring energy for the team and relentless effort. My passion for this sport drives my hard work no matter if it is in practice or in a game. I am always looking for ways to improve and I never back down even when things get hard. Being a libero isn't all about making saves but instead leading the back row and reading the game. Most importantly it is about being a leader. To me, being a leader doesn't mean being the star on the court. It means helping others and helping the team achieve their goals. Creating a positive and balanced team culture on and off the court is something that is very important to me
