Emily Ettel '19 Recruiting Profile

I am interested in playing volleyball at the collegiate level as a setter. I have been raised in a family of volleyball enthusiasts and have been heavily engaged in the environment wrapped around sports. I love the competitiveness of the sport and strive to make improvements anytime I step on the court. Not only does volleyball incorporate important life skills such as being part of a team and working as one to succeed to reach a goal, but it has taught me ways to manage my time as a student athlete. I believe I am an asset to any program because as a setter, I need to be a leader both on and off the court, set a high standard in work ethic and devotion to the success of the team. I have the passion and drive to become a college student athlete in the sport of volleyball and can't wait to find the right fit for me.
