Hi! My name is Hailey Rodgers,
I have a passion for volleyball, I believe that a leader should always lift others up with them when striving for a goal. To me weather it’s school, theatre or volleyball you should always give 100% and have a growth mindset, instead of saying “I can’t” say “I’m not great yet, but I’m going to work hard” I will always give 100% on attitude and effort.
