Isabella Bond '26 Recruiting Profile

Volleyball is my passion! I started playing in 2^nd grade through the YMCA and Parks and Rec programs. At this time, I was playing softball as well. In 6^th grade I learned about club and decided to focus all my energy on volleyball, giving up softball to join a club team. My 8^th grade Varsity A team won the City/County Championship. My first year of high school volleyball was much more exciting than I could have ever anticipated. I earned a Varsity starting position as a Freshman and ended up with a 1st team All-Conference award. As a Sophomore, I earned another 1st team All-Conference Award. My high school team ended up league champs and qualified for state. I have maintained a 4.0 GPA and Honor Roll with distinction throughout my middle school and high school career.

I am very driven and expect a lot from myself. Throughout the years I have learned that I can definitely be too hard on myself. Competitive volleyball is helping me learn that I am going to mess up and that’s ok. The key is to move forward and learn from it. My goal is to play college volleyball while earning a degree in Forensic Science. I am looking forward to seeing what the future has to offer. Thank you for taking the time to view my profile!
