Alexandra Bietz '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Allie Bietz. I live in Branford, Connecticut with my parents, brother, and 3 dogs. I’ve been playing volleyball since I was 11, and it has been a tremendous source of joy in my life. I played basketball as my main sport for seven years, before I decided that volleyball was the sport for me and I made the switch to play year-round. Through multiple sports,I have learned to love playing with a team, and I love the intensity that comes with a volleyball match. I feel like I can be a good asset to a collegiate team because of my willingness to learn and my competitive nature. Being a setter, I have utilized my abilities as a leader, and I will bring that to any team I play for. I would love the opportunity to play volleyball at the next level, and I’m open to many different schools. I am excited to continue my search to find the right school
