The athletic event that has changed me the most was during my sophomore season when my team beat one of our biggest rivals in a finals game. I truly felt that in that game, I had learned the importance of team work and motivation, and how valued the ability to keep yourself and your teammates in the right head space to win is. In college, I hope to continue sticking by these values as I study animal behavior or zoology. On the court, I plan to be a positive player that is versatile and can keep the morale high on my team. Throughout my current high school career, I will work to increase my value as a hitter and passer and continue to improve my academics by further applying myself in school and in club, beach, and high school volleyball.  Above all else, I strive to represent my team, school, and coaches in a positive and respectful way, both on and off the court.
