Hi my name is Adonai, and as a 14-year-old girl, I have clear goals for my future. I aspire to earn a college degree in Sports Medicine and pursue a high-level career in volleyball. 

Playing volleyball has taught me teamwork, perseverance, and leadership. My passion for the sport drives me to train hard and support my teammates. I aim to compete at the highest levels, possibly even professionally, while inspiring other young athletes to follow their dreams.

Academically, I am dedicated to understanding how to prevent injuries and help athletes recover and perform at their best.

With determination and hard work, I am confident in achieving my goals and balancing both my academic and athletic ambitions.
