I aim for the highest possible achievements because I know that with hard work and dedication I can achieve anything. I love to challenge myself and push beyond my mental limits, because extending outside of my comfort zone will allow me to grow as an athlete and a human being. I find I raise my performance level during high pressured situations, because the fire and the drive to win lights up inside of me and I become determined to do whatever I can to help my team. I know that every bit of work put in on and off the court will move me forward, whether it means pushing that extra rep at the gym or eating the most nutritious food for my body. Academically, I aim to achieve the best grades possible, and as long as I am putting in the necessary work I will receive the well-earned A. I study not only for the grades, but because I enjoy it, and because working hard now will create the work ethic I need to succeed during the rest of my life. I maintain a positive energy on the court, off the court, in school, and wherever I go. I believe that every failure, as well as success, will help me grow and improve. I do not fear failure, and my positive energy will keep me going no matter what situation I'm in.
