My name is Gianna Anschutz. I tried several other sports before I found volleyball and it became my passion. I enjoy volleyball for its constant action on and off the court, learning to work closely with my teammates and the trust that is built knowing we each have a specific job on the court. I've been told that my technical abilities allow me to play any position, and I'm ready to take the court position that will benefit my team the most. I would like to continue my volleyball career while working through college. I am a dedicated player and student and eager to continue to better myself as an athlete and student. I am very supportive of my teammates and believe my teammates to be family. In order to be the best version of myself on and off the court, I work both during team practice and on my own time outside of team training. I always strive to improve and am very coachable. I welcome feedback from all my coaches so that I can get better at my skills. I always keep a positive attitude and encourage my teammates to do the same. I am currently playing Outside hitter but have also played right side. Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile.
