Kayla Pieri '17 Recruiting Profile

     I began playing volleyball on a recreational league in 2009. Since then I have sought out coaches and trainers to assist in my growth both on and off the court. I am currently playing on a travel club 17U team. When I compare myself to other recruits, I notice how much I've greatly improved my attitude regarding my performance, I will always do whatever it takes to improve myself and my team, and constantly push myself to strive to become the best I can be. I will always apply myself 110% in every situation I endure.

     I would like to attend a college that offers a great Volleyball team experience, but also based on the academics offered. During my time there, I would like to play volleyball of course, but also major in Veterinary Science with a minor in Psychology. I believe I'd make a wonderful candidate for College because I am extremely dedicated to following my desire to become a Veterinarian. A passion that began growing at the age of 9.
