Suraya Khan '26 Recruiting Profile

One of my collegiate goals is to follow in my parent's footsteps and compete in university athletics.  My parents both competed in tennis at NCAA I universities, I also am striving to compete in volleyball at the university level.  I am open to all the right opportunities that are a good fit for me academically and athletically.  I have not decided on my major but am leaning towards the sciences or business. I feel I am a good candidate for your team because I am a disciplined, highly coachable and committed student-athlete. I work hard and am focused on continuing to improve both individually and as part of a team.  In addition, I am great at encouraging and supporting my teammates to ensure that they are successful individually and that the team is successful.  I am a player who is consistent and can be depended upon in high pressure situations. Lastly, I feel I can balance the demands of playing university volleyball with academics and achieve success in both.
