Hello I’m Katie Aline Ashby the Middle Blocker at Treasure Coast High school graduating class of 2023 ,located in port Saint Lucie Florida. Out of full confidence in myself I can say that I have the determination and drive to put in The hard work and help my team get inches closer to victory each time. I am in love with the sport and would be great full to play it anywhere. Although I cannot lie my heart is set on the big league I am ready for whatever life throws at me. I am ready to take myself to the next Level as a coach able player I am ready to put in the work to make myself a better player and the best player I can be for my team.

Good with accuracy and speed. Makes good use of either a top spin or float serve. Offense - Has a knack for finding the court on the attack, sees the open court, and has the ability to make solid contact. Tactical Abilities - 89 / 100 Vision - Court vision is very good. Constantly checking spacing and court positioning to put herself in a great position to make the play. Reading The Game - Does well seeing the play before it happens and reading the other team to help put herself in a good position on the court. Physical Abilities - 89 / 100 Endurance - Great work rate throughout camp. Showed endurance that helped effectiveness, especially late. Balance - Seemed to handle the challenges you faced well. Good job staying in your position and helping teammates where needed. Mental Abilities - 87 / 100 Resistance To Stress - Maintains composure in pressure situations. Great job staying focused on the task at hand. Confidence - Great confidence, didn’t shy away when challenged at camp and played with a sense of urgency. Coach's Comments Katie established herself at camp as a dominant force at the net both for blocking and on the attack side. She is able to connect with the setters and has a powerful swing. Work on increasing the range of attack by establishing controllable shots when needed. Stay flexible and gather information so that you can make critical decisions a little faster. Work on increasing the explosiveness at take off so that you use all your body when attacking.
