Mary Frances Daniel '17 Recruiting Profile

I feel that I am a great candidate for your team because I give over 100% on and off the court. I found my love for volleyball when I was in the 5th grade and have trained hard over the last few years to be the best that I can be. Being a student athlete requires one to be organized and well rounded to keep a healthy balance in all aspects of life. Whether I am staying up late to do homework or staying in the gym after practice to get more reps, I always go above and beyond what is expected of me. I strive for excellence in all that I do. I continuously do my best to have a good and pleasant attitude towards everyone. I always commit to what I say and never break promises or prior commitments. These are a few reasons why I believe I am a great candidate! I have dreamed of playing at the collegiate level and have worked hard in the gym, with private lessons and for every coach I have had. I have worked hard in the classroom too. My dream is to work with St Judes as an intern during my undergraduate college experience. I love Math and Science and want to use that "drive" for the good of others and a place like St. Judes would be a perfect fit for me. I really want to help make a difference in children's lives. I would like to have a dual degree and become a Math teacher and be an advocate for all of my classroom students as I watch them grow to be the best that they can be!
