I am a dedicated homeschool hybrid student enrolled in TandemEDU and Toccoa Falls College, where I have been dual enrolled since my freshman year of high school. I am on track to graduate with both my high school diploma and an Associate of Arts degree. I have a strong passion for math and science, and my time at Space Camp as a tween ignited a fascination with the stars and engineering. Immersing myself in hands-on activities and simulations at Space Camp fueled my interest in the complexities of space exploration and technology, solidifying my desire to pursue a degree in physics or engineering. This experience helped me realize how much I enjoy problem-solving and working as part of a team to overcome challenges—skills I aim to develop further in my academic and professional journey.
Volleyball has been a significant part of my life since I first picked up a ball in eighth grade, and it quickly became more than just a sport—it became a true passion. I am currently in my third season with 575 Volleyball Club, where I play as a defensive specialist (DS) and libero. Through volleyball, I have learned the importance of teamwork, resilience, and leadership. The game challenges me both mentally and physically, and I thrive on the competitive spirit and the camaraderie it fosters. Playing volleyball has taught me to push my limits, work hard, and stay focused, skills that I believe will serve me well.
Homeschooling has provided me with the flexibility to pursue my passions both on and off the court. I spent 6.5 years training to earn my black belt in martial arts, which taught me discipline and perseverance. Additionally, I trained in ballet, tap, and jazz for 10 years at Dance for His Glory ministries, which instilled in me a strong sense of dedication and the importance of practice.
In my spare time, I love exploring new places with my family, drawing, painting, reading, and meeting new people. I am deeply thankful for the opportunities and blessings God has given me, and I am excited to embrace the challenges and opportunities ahead, whether they be in the classroom, on the volleyball court, or beyond. I look forward to pursuing a degree in physics or engineering, where I can combine my love for science with my drive to make a meaningful impact in the world.
