2022 Spotlight Personal Statement
My name is Bridget Perez and my goal is to play college volleyball and have so much fun there. I also want to take college classes to get into Medical school to become an ER Doctor. I think my positivity and my determination makes me different, no matter how hard something can get, I believe it can get done and it will. I am different from academics by knowing that I can do better and that I CAN do it no matter what, I put in the effort to study and the hard word into school, I have always been an honor roll student and I play on keeping it that way. I care about my team because you can’t win games unless you work in a team and I like to push my teammates to their best because everyone can be great they just have to try. I also love to do things to bring my team together because at the end of the day each and every skill in the team is what will help us win a game.

- AwardsI got a Certification of Nomination for Award from the National Academy of Future Physicians. I also got a East Hall Middle School Outstanding Scholar award meaning that I got all A's all throughout middle school. I also have received each year of my middle school years a medal meaning that I had all my grades 95 or above. I was in the National Honor Society in Middle school. I had Honor Roll all throughout middle school. I have maintained all 95 up in my first high school year and expect to continue. For the 2020 volleyball season, I was awarded the Scholar Athlete of the Year, the Viking Award, Defensive player of the year and I was awarded the 8AAAA All Region Team Honorable Mention.
- ActivitiesI am the President of FBLA and Interact Club, Vice-president for Student Council, an FCA leader, am a member of the HOPE, HOSA, and BETA club. I was also chosen to be in the Leadership Academy and was chosen to be the Ambassador for that. I am also in the Ivester Healthcare Scholars.
