My name is Diane Pierre-Louis. I am a middle hitter and right side hitter from Atlanta, Georgia in the class of 2022. Volleyball has been an integral part of my life for as long as I can remember. I was in 5th grade when I first touched a volleyball, and I have been in love with the sport ever since.
I have always possessed natural leadership qualities. As the captain for my club volleyball team, I exemplify versatility, leadership, and coachability, characteristics that set me apart as a leader. On the court, I am very skillful with ball control, while maintaining active communication and an encouraging mindset which unifies my teammates.
Throughout my experience as a student athlete, I have managed to remain dedicated to both my sport and academics. I am a straight-A student with a cumulative average of 95. 1%. At school, I am a part of the National Honors Society, debate team, and French club. Outside of school, I lead the Teen ministry at my Church and volunteer at Wellstar Hospital every other week.
My goal is to play for a college that challenges me both athletically and academically. I am hardworking and very determined on and off the court. I understand the commitment it will take to play at the next level, but I have the work ethic, discipline, and desire to achieve my goals.
