My name is Morgan Stalcup and I am a right side/middle blocker from Georgia graduating in 2017. My dream ever since I was a little girl is to play college volleyball. Academics plays a significant role in my life, and they will continue to be an important part through my college career. My aspirations for college volleyball is to be a part of a team that achieves something bigger than one individual can accomplish. Volleyball is the ultimate team sport, and in college, I hope to be a part of the greatest team mentality that anyone could ever experience. I believe I am a good candidate for collegiate athletics because no one will work harder than me and I am very open to different coaching methods. I give 110% on and off the court everyday, and I expect to push myself even harder in college because the only one that holds me back from my goals is me. If I am given the opportunity to play college volleyball, I won't let you down. I will do everything to the best of my ability and then some!
