Hailey Killett '22 Recruiting Profile

Aloha Coaches, my name is Hailey Killett I currently live on the beautiful island of Maui.   I'm a 5'11 (6ft with shoes on haha)  Senior at Lahainaluna High School.

I am interested in playing volleyball at the college level and pursuing a degree in teaching.  I maintain a 4.0 GPA.   My teachers, teammates and coaches would describe me as hardworking, funny, coach-able, and respectful.   I intend to better myself on a personal and physical level while being a role model for younger kids.  I started playing my Sophomore year and now I'm heading into my Senior year! Unfortunately Covid shut down Hawaii for an entire year and a half, especially Maui. This forced me to look for other ways to get gym time. I flew back and forth every other week to Oahu to play for a club that's gym was actually allowed to hold indoor practices during this time. I improved drastically over just this one year!  However I still have a little bit more learning to do. I pick up sports very fast and I am hoping you might consider me on your team!
