One of my goals is to be able to play my freshman year in college as an outside hitter. I currently have an approach height of 9'7". I want to at least be able to touch 10' by the beginning of my junior year in highschool. Another goal for me, is to be less hard on myself. I don't always want to get down when i make a mistake. When i play on a volleyball team, I never put down my teammates when they make a mistake. I myself make mistakes too, and I wouldn't want my teammates getting mad at me, so i treat them how i would want to be treated on the court. Team bonding is really important to me because the teams performance will be much better if you are closer to your teammates. I am a very coachable athlete. I am willing to change and improve my techniques. I realize each coach has a different style and vision for their team.
