My inspirations come from my family of athletes. My father was a division one wrestler and both of my brothers played collegiate baseball. I participated in several sports growing up; basketball, gymnastics, track and dance but did not find the sport I loved until I first played volleyball when I was 10 years old. The first game of my sophomore season I sprained my ankle and missed most of my season. This process was very hard for me, but throughout this time I learned the value of hard work, commitment and teamwork.
My academic goals for my high school career are to graduate with honors and maintain at least a 3.8 GPA. I hope to find a program that I will fit in with academically and athletically. I believe that I have the talent, drive, and work ethic to be apart of a college team.
