Volleyball is a very big part of my life. I began playing at age 5 with my father, who played AVP Beach Volleyball in California. He and mom have been a huge influence in my choice to play volleyball and have taught me to work hard to achieve my goals. Since I started playing travel at age 9, I have continued to play on top travel teams each year. I have learned through that experience that I am a positive teammate with mental toughness and grit, and I am looked to as a leader on the court. This year I was selected as team captain. I have played varsity for my high school for the past 2 years. My goal is to continue to grow and learn in the sport that I love in college.
Academically I am an honor student. I am currently a junior in high school. I am thinking about majoring in Criminology/Psychology in college, but I am still considering my interest and beginning to narrow the field.
The most important parts of my life are God, my family and friends. I also love to draw and listen to music. Though my school and volleyball schedules keep me very busy, I always make time to stay connected to what is important. Thank you for your interest.
