I am very passionate about volleyball and have made it a goal to play at a higher level after high school. I believe that attending a school with strong academic programs is just as important. I feel that I would be a good fit to any program because I strive to be successful and want to challenge myself as much as possible. The mental part of the game is difficult, but it inspires me to push myself to be better not only on the court, but off the court too. I enjoy supporting my teammates, and motivating them to improve their own skills. That being said, I am a consistent, hardworking player who will always give 100%, and expect the same from my teammates and coaches. My improvement since the beginning of my volleyball career is evident, and I am excited to see what is in store for me after high school!
I am just as passionate about academics as I am about volleyball. I plan to major in business, marketing, or psychology which will help me in all aspects of life after college. In school, I am a strong student, enrolled in AP and honors classes to challenge myself and my abilities. I am a part of our Best Buddies program for the students at our school with disabilities, as well as National Honors Society for students who were able to qualify for their high GPA and good grades. I am also a part of Leo’s club at school where we help around the community and have fundraisers to help those in need. I choose to participate in these things because I know that anything I do, big or small, can make a difference.
