My name is Taylor Knuth, I am a 5’11” MB/ OH in the Junior College class of 2024 looking to continue competing in the 2024 and 2025 season for the right school.
I am blessed to have competed at the D1 level for Lamar University in the 2022 season as a freshman. I was recruited as an OH and transitioned to MB. I have played both positions in club, HS and college and will play where my team needs me but the majority of my experience is in the middle. I look at the Lamar team and coaches as family and had an incredible experience. Due to personal needs, I did move home this year and will be playing this season for Harper College and looking forward to another incredible season. I get a deep sense of fulfillment from competing at the highest level possible in volleyball. The fun things are easy to love but the deepest satisfaction comes from the grind and hard days with your team and watching those days turn to growth and wins together!
If you talk to coaches of mine throughout my career, they would say I am a hard worker, very coachable, a good teammate, and I make people laugh when a good release is needed.
