On and off the volleyball court, basketball court, softball field, and riding arena, I try to be the best I can be. I want to be the best whether it's on the field/court or in school. I work as hard as I can in everything. I always try my best to help out my teammates, my coaches, other players, and anyone who needs it. I want to always be there for anyone who needs someone. In school, I strive to get A's. I'm a very supportive teammate and a natural leader on and off the court/field. During middle school I was the team captain for basketball and volleyball. During my 7th grade year I was awarded the excellence award for volleyball and basketball. I was also awarded the coaches award for softball. In 8th grade I was chosen to play on an all-star team for basketball and was on 2nd tournament team. I was also awarded the excellence award for both basketball and softball, and the coaches award for my bowling team. I have been to a state competition in middle school 3 times. My 7th grade volleyball team, which I was the captain of, made it to elite eight. During my 8th grade year I made it to state in bowling, and my 4x4 relay team in track made it to state. During my freshman volleyball career, I was the team captain of the jv team and I got pulled up to varsity. I also was pulled up to play with the varsity team for a basketball game, where I played an entire half. As much as I love playing other sports, being able to be a college setter would be a dream come true. I love being a setter because I find it fascinating how you have to judge both sides of the court, make a quick decision, and your mind is always busy. On the court, I'm supportive of my teammates. I'm an aggressive player and will do anything from keeping the ball from dropping. I'm very competitive, I want to win at anything I do. I don't get shaken up easily when it's a close, aggressive, or intense game in any sport. Playing a sport in college after I graduate highschool in 2020 is something that I dream of and something that I hope will become a reality.
