I've been playing volleyball since 3rd grade. I've always had a love for the game, aspiring to play at the college level. I've also been to a lot of volleyball camps and I did the Illini elite volleyball club throughout high school. I'm very competitive on and off the court.
I'm quick on my feet and always know where the ball is, I am very coach able and work very hard to be the best. I am a team player and help build my team members up when the going gets tough!
I currently play volleyball and softball at Carl Sandburg College. In high school I was setter/middle blocker but in college I transitioned to libero. I have been the starting libero for a year and a half now. Last year being my first year passing I got all conference and all tournament team. I've been working hard this year and I'm hoping to get that again and possibly more.
I'm a well rounded player. I can really play any position.
Being apart of two sports team in college we have done a lot of community service, such as bagging groceries, the whole team came to my hometown to run in the ALS run to help raise money for the cause. I have handled going to school full time, 2 sports, and a part time job very well. I feel like I can handle anything that is thrown at me.
I plan to go to a four year college where I can push myself on and off the court, I plan to major in sports management. I'm hoping to find the right fit for me so I can make my family proud.
