I am a senior attending LaSalle Peru Township High School and will be graduating in 2016. I live in Tonica, Illinois. I have been playing club volleyball for Illinois Valley Volley Power (IVVP) since I was 10 years old. For the previous 2014-2015 club season I set and hit RS for IVVP 18 Black. I also played for Eastside volleyball club, out of Peoria Illinois. I returned to Eastside for the 2015-2016 season and am on the 18u Nike Ninja team.
I am a part of a successful volleyball program at my high school (LaSalle Peru Township High School). This season our team advanced to the state tournament and finished 4th in the 3A division. Since I started playing volleyball, I have always have strived to improve of my game and work towards playing in college. As a setter, I understand the game and am comfortable leading under pressure.
Academically, I am in all honors and Advanced Placement classes at LaSalle Peru Township High School. I have a 4.747 GPA on a 5.0 weighted scale and currently ranked 6 out of 276 in my class. I am a member of the Link Crew, Senior Board, LEAD and part of Student Council at my high school. My intended major as of right now is pre-medicine.
