My collegiate goal first and foremost is to earn my bachelor’s degree but also play collegiate volleyball. I have learned to manage my time in order to successfully participate in high school sports, clubs, and activities all the while keeping my academics in good standing. My schooling is extremely important to me and that is why I am currently on track to graduate in May 2020 with not only my high school diploma but also completion of the Illinois Articulation Initiative program. Being in this program has helped to prepare me to be successful in college and my hope is that this will offer me a jumpstart with my education so that I may still focus not only on my academics but also on my athletics.
I believe in working hard in order to achieve my goals. I work out at JJR NextLevel Fitness 3-5 days per week working on my strength, speed and agility and my jumping. I also have been taking private lessons there for the past 3 years. I understand what it takes to manage my time and work hard to find success in whatever I do. Although I am not 100% sure as to what I want to study for my career choice I do know that whatever I decide to do it will be to the best of my ability.
