As a junior in High school, I know that college is right around the corner. I aspire to do many things when I cross that bridge, one of them becoming a speech therapist. I am a very good listener and teammate. I am patient and helpful towards others and always find a way to help in any situation. I strive to be my best self in every aspect of life and I never give up no matter how hard the task. Becoming a speech therapist takes determination and a lot of work. I am willing to do whatever it takes to reach my goals and to be successful in my life. Volleyball is as real as it gets when it comes to working hard. Every practice, workout, and game takes a certain amount of desire and hard work. So far in my career I have learned that without the key elements of desire, work, and attitude, you won't get very far in this sport. I love this sport with all of my being and I also know that all of those elements make me not just a better player, but also a better person. It is my personal mission to use my volleyball career to be the best Emma I can be athletically, educationally, and personally.
