Personal Statement

My love for volleyball was never a family sport, but when I stepped into the gym my 6th grade year the sport just grabbed my attention.  And now looking back that was the best decision of my life and I can thank my parents entirely. My mother pushing me all the time and taking me to lesson after lesson and now I’m here looking for college and I couldn’t thank her enough. When looking for a college I’m wanting to stay close to home, but it’s not a necessity. I love to work with kids and giving back to the community, that’s where I want to become a pediatric orthopedic doctor to give back to others that have given to me. What drives me to play at the collegiate level is being able to become a role model for younger players and show them that you can do anything if you put your mind to it.

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
