Madison Siefken '24 Recruiting Profile

I am very interested in playing college volleyball. My goals when playing in college are having a successful team and being successful individually. Each day I try to become a better leader on the court, which is pushing and encouraging my teammates. I also am a leader academically, I tend to take a leadership role in group projects in any classroom setting. I am a hard worker on the court and in the classroom trying my best in everything I do. I am coachable and always take input and corrections and implement them into the next play. Though I will hold my teammates accountable, I also will make sure to lift them up when they are struggling and make sure they get praise for a good play or game.  Overall I want to have fun and be surrounded by girls who have similar goals and aspirations as myself.
