I love to play all sports. Such as volleyball, basketball, softball, and track. I have been on two State Championship teams in Softball. The first time our team won state we were all about 9 years old. We played in Wichita, Kansas. The second time our team won state we were all about 14 years old and we played at Harper, Kansas. I have been participating in Track and Field for 3 years and since then I have learned how to throw the Discus and the Shot Put. My personal record in Shot Put is 36'0 feet and my personal record in Discus is 87'0 feet as an 8th grader. My favorite sport to play is volleyball. I grew up with volleyball as my aunt was a volleyball player in college and later became head volleyball coach at Cowley county community college and then newman university. I am able to play all positions on our volleyball team. My favorite position to play at is an outside hitter. I am self-motivated and understand the Importance of being a team player. I lead by example with hard work, enthusiasm , and good sportsmanship. I hope to get a college scholarship to play volleyball after high school, but I would except a scholarship in any sport. What I lack in height I make up for in determination. I understand the importance of both athletics and academics as the principals of both compliment each other. I am goal driven and give it my all at everything I do. What sets me apart from most athletes is I am very focused, determined and willing to do whatever it takes to succeed in the classroom and on the court.
