My name is Aubree Hoffman and I am committed to volleyball. This fall will mark my fifth year playing. I am a member of the National Honors Society, a part of the Student Council, and enjoy participating in the Thespians Club at my high school. I will graduate in 2023 with both AP classes and college credits. I would love to play volleyball at the next level in the future while pursuing a college degree. Areas of interest for majors include Business, Psychology, and Physical Therapy. As a junior, I know that I will be making decisions for my future very soon!
I first played volleyball in the 7th grade and fell in love with the sport. Even though I have played club throughout the years, my commitment really started during my 9th grade club season. That year I made the junior varsity team for our 6A high school and played for Jets that practiced out of Salina, KS. I live in Manhattan, KS, so playing volleyball became my life, from that season on I have always wanted to play at the next level, and I continued to follow that urge. Last year I played for Adidas Dynasty that practices out of Kansas City, KS and had the experience of playing at Nationals in Las Vegas this past summer. This year I am playing for Pohaku also out of Kansas City, KS. Each trip a 4-hour round trip with the 2 hours of practice has made me balance out my many other duties as a student, employee, friend, and family member.
I am always striving to play at the next level and to be a better player. As I enter my junior year I am excited by the prospect of playing volleyball in college as a part of striving. I look forward to exploring opportunities with you.
