My name is Bailey, and I'm in my 4th year of school and club volleyball. I started hitting outside 4 years ago along with having the opportunity to play all the way around. I'm always looking for ways to improve my hitting and mental game. In the classroom along with on the court, I work my hardest, hold high standards for myself in school, and try to keep a 4.0 at all times. I plan on going to college to be a radiologic technician along with playing volleyball. I'm looking for a coach that can teach me and help me improve as I strive to be the very best I can be.
Volleyball has taught me so far that confidence is key. There will always be that one person, if not many, that talk about you and try to bring you down. There will be plays where you have had a rally going for a while and it goes right to you and you mess up. The only person that gets to decide whether it's going to affect them or not is you. You are responsible for your actions. When you stop being confident in yourself people can see the change and sometimes your attitude can rub off on the whole team so just shake it off and think of what needs to happen differently next time.
