Hi, my name is Renee Pryor, and I have been playing volleyball since 7th grade. I have grown to love volleyball as I continue developing my skills and have a goal to play in college. My career goal is to be a veterinarian. I plan to major in veterinarian medicine or another pre-vet science major like biology or animal science. I have played club for 3 years and have attended various other camps and clinics along with private training. For the 2023/2024 club season, I was an opposite all-around player, but I have a passion for outside hitting. I am an outside hitter all-around player for my high school. I have quick reactions and I am very coachable. Volleyball is a safe space where I can be comfortable and have fun with my teammates and other team players. I lead by example on and off the court.
Just as I strive to be the best on the court, I do the same in the classroom. Currently, I have an AP course curriculum and maintain a 3.9 GPA with plans to take college credit courses in my upcoming sophomore year. I want to meet new people, create memories in college and experience new things with a team that feels like family.
