My name is Emmalyne Eley. I am 19 years old and recently completed my senior year of high school. Although I am not currently playing on an official team, I scrimmage twice a week with a local college group to stay active and continue developing my skills. During the competitive season, I played for CHA (Christian Homeschool Academy) and helped lead our team to the state tournament two years in a row.
I began playing volleyball in August 2022 and quickly became passionate about the sport. My goals in volleyball are to remain coachable, work hard to improve my skills, and push my limits daily. As I grow as an athlete, I hope to join a college team where I can continue to work diligently, honor God, and reach my fullest potential both on and off the court.
My parents have instilled in me the importance of being a faithful Christian, working hard, and giving my best in everything I pursue. I believe that with time, full commitment, and proper training, I can achieve all the goals I have set for myself.
Over the past two years, volleyball has taught me more than I ever expected — not just about teamwork and perseverance, but also about learning from my mistakes and pushing beyond what I thought were my limits. Every day, I look forward to the opportunity to continue growing as a player and ultimately competing at the collegiate level.
This coming fall of 2025 i am going to attend ULM (University of Louisianna Monroe) and am still looking for a team to play on.
