Samantha Betley '23 Recruiting Profile

I developed a love for the sport of volleyball after playing 8-years of travel/AAU basketball. My high school coach, my sister who currently competes in the NCAA and my club coaches and trainers have all given me the skills and passion to compete in a sport I have grown to love.

I love the game and miss it each day I am away from it. My position on a team, my personal stats, my name in the paper - none of this means as much as being a part of a team of strong young women who fight each day to be better at the sport, we all have a passion for. My goal is to find a college/university where I can contribute in whatever manner I can to help improve the overall team by playing the sport I love. I want to use this experience to help me obtain a college degree that prepares me for the world after school. I look forward to building on my education and to be able to create long lasting relationships while competing at the highest levels.
