Personal Statement

Hi! My name is Annelese Atkinson I'm a junior and I play outside hitter for Baltimore Elite Volleyball Club on their 16 White team. I previously had experience with middle blocker for my high school JV team during freshman and sophomore year, and later opposite hitter for their Varsity team this past season. I started playing volleyball seriously during my freshman year and have grown to love it and aspire to play in college. I have developed a passion for the sport and do my best to put in the work and practice to continue to improve. In college I plan on majoring in athletic training or sports therapy, with a possible minor in dance, so I can utilize knowledge from my own sports experience to help other athletes.

Update: I played for Lebanon Valley College during the 2023 and beginning of the 2024 season as an Opposite and Middle Blocker. I have recently entered the transfer portal.
