Emily Larouche '21 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Emily Larouche and I will be a 2021 graduate of Agawam High School in Agawam, MA. I have played high school volleyball for four years now. This year, I was named a senior captain and starter. I will be going on my fourth year playing club volleyball. I played my first two years for Pioneer Valley Juniors. Last year, I made the 18 open team and started for Western Mass as a 16 year old. I will continue to play for Western Mass this year as well. I am a very energetic person who is coachable and dedicated with all aspects of my life. I am extremely competitive and love to work hard. I have been active and athletic my whole life. I have played soccer, lacrosse and did karate for 7 years, earning my black belt. I go to the gym a lot in the off season too. I would like to not only have a good amount of playing time, but to play on a team that loves the sport of volleyball and always works hard.  I have taken honors and AP classes.  I would like to major in business management, hopefully working in the sporting field in some way.
