Avigail Heroux '26 Recruiting Profile

As someone who has been athletic their whole life, I have never had such a connection than I have being on the court. My name is Avigail and I'm a 5'3 libero from PV Juniors Club and Belchertown High School, Belchertown MA. I've been playing volleyball since 8th grade. Since then, I've strived to be my best as I can at my position. These past 4 years I've worked my hardest to be my best as I possibly can, by being intrigued by my coaches advice and applying it to my playing. To me, volleyball is a mental sport, and as a libero, I feel the need to be the leader to my team and bring the energy on the court. With these characteristics that I hold through this sport and outside of it as well, I feel I stand out from your regular athlete and with my tough mindset, I would make a good collegiate athlete.
